The framework serves as the foundation for the Platform’s assessment methodologies, benchmarking processes, prioritisation models, reporting structures and operating guidance systems.

Access to the Growth & Search Strategic Operating System™ is provided under an Annual Business Licence.
The licence grants authorised access to proprietary frameworks, methodologies, assessments, benchmarking systems, reports and operating guidance for internal business use only.
The purchase of an Annual Business Licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Licensees receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Strategic Operating System™ during the licence period. Ownership of all intellectual property remains with Growth & Search.
Users may not use the Strategic Operating System™, Growth’s Magnificent Seven™, assessment structures, benchmarking methodologies, prioritisation frameworks, reports, prompts, workflows or related intellectual property to create, develop, train, improve or commercialise competing products, services, software platforms, advisory offerings or frameworks.
Any unauthorised use may constitute a breach of contract, copyright law, trademark law and other applicable intellectual property rights.
Growth & Search may utilise artificial intelligence technologies as an operational enablement layer within the Strategic Operating System™.
The methodologies, prompts, workflows, orchestration logic and human-governed operating structures that support these capabilities form part of the intellectual property of Growth & Search and may not be reproduced or commercialised without written permission.
