This website and platform is operated by Risk Management Recruiters Pty Ltd (ABN 23 089 022 999), trading as Growth & Search. By accessing or using the Growth & Search platform, services, or related materials, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or register for Growth & Search. Use of the platform is permitted for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform in any way that violates these terms.
Access is granted on a per-business basis. Sharing login credentials outside your organisation or redistributing content without written permission is prohibited.
All platform content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes all written material, diagrams, frameworks, assessments, naming systems, and visual representations.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or adapt any part of the platform without our prior written consent, except for internal use within your own business for the purpose of growth strategy planning and implementation.
Growth & Search may use artificial intelligence tools, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, to assist with content creation, language refinement, and formatting. This is done to enhance clarity, consistency, and speed of delivery.
However, all final content — including frameworks, strategic structures, assessments, and workflows — is designed, owned, and curated by Risk Management Recruiters Pty Ltd. The use of AI tools is limited to editorial or support functions and does not represent the source or origin of the core system or intellectual property.
Accordingly, all platform content remains the exclusive property of the business and is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property law. The use of AI tools does not transfer or dilute ownership rights.
The platform provides two levels of access:
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any user found to be in breach of these terms.
Premium Membership is billed as a one-off annual payment. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or access your credit card details directly.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund if there is a major issue with the service that:
Beyond these statutory rights, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction after you have accessed the Premium system. The value of the membership is delivered through immediate and ongoing access to strategic tools, updated content, and resources available at the time of registration.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to enquiry@growthandsearch.com.
The platform may reference or connect you with independent third-party service providers. While we aim to recommend trusted partners, we do not control their operations and cannot guarantee the quality or results of their services.
You engage with third-party providers at your own discretion and risk. Growth & Search is not liable for any dealings or disputes with these parties.
You remain solely responsible for interpreting and applying the information provided. Outcomes may vary depending on your business context, execution, and market conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
If liability cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or a refund of the annual membership fee, at our sole discretion.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service or comply with the law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any change will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
Material updates will be communicated via the website or email if you are a registered user.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
